Davide Astori

Founder and Director

Since childhood, I have been interested in cooking and I most certainly enjoy authentic food. My passion kept growing by watching my mother in the kitchen preparing homemade delicious food and bakes. In summer I was helping my father with his company, which was selling authentic Italian cured meat and cheeses...The passion for food is always been in my blood!
When I arrived in London in 2010, I have joined the coffee and hospitality industry. Since then, I knew what was my mission: Serving great products with a smile so, my customers will feel like being treated by their loved ones.

George Vasili

Manager and Head of Coffee

I have a genuine and deep passion for coffee.
After obtaining a MSc and following a brief career in the Sciences, I have decided that the ever growing allure was something that could not be ignored, and set about learning more in-depth about coffee and all its various brewing techniques, production processes and origins.
The timing couldn’t have been better! I studied intently with some of the best Antipodean baristas, at the time that coffees ‘Third Wave’ was taking hold.
Since then, I continued to grow within the industry, competing professionally, and has featured and contributes to many publications. I have become a trainer and have proudly taken several of ‘my’ baristas to competition. I am also an active member of the Speciality Coffee Association- the global body that represents the speciality coffee industry. I finds pleasure in marrying my love of chemistry with the creativity that coffee allows, to craft quality drinks that show just a little of his personality.
